Multilingual CLIL-Edtech Consultant

Ceona Benjamin Peter Salve, our founder, is an international teacher trainer and educational consultant with over 14 years of experience in ELT, STEM, CLIL, and AI-driven EdTech solutions. With a strong background in adult and corporate solutions as well as IB (DP, CP, MYP, PYP), Cambridge, and Common Core, she spent years as a teacher before transitioning into consultancy. She has taught English (GE, BE, EAP, ESP, etc.), Spanish, Science/Math, and TOK/EE while also supporting student programs and training teachers as part of a quality circle, providing feedback and professional development across the USA/Canada region, South America, Mexico, Russia, India, and beyond. She has also built LMS courses in CLIL, helping integrate content and language learning in digital education.

Since 2012, Ceona has worked with educators and students from over 30 nationalities and more than 100 US institutions, collaborating with EdTech companies and LMS providers. Now, she consults for schools, edtech firms, and publishing houses. As an IB Workshop Leader (IBEN) and Cambridge Delta-level Tutor, she leads teacher training programs for more than 15 international certifications and major ELT exams, all of which she has herself completed with outstanding results. Her expertise includes phonology for all age groups, LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) activities tailored to different proficiency levels, and content/subject and language integration for IB DP and MYP Language and Literature, IGCSE Biology, and Science/Math Checkpoints. She has also designed and delivered webinars, courses, and talks for leading Language Training Organizations (LTOs) and publishers. Fluent in English, with multiple C2 certifications, and Spanish, with a C1/C2 certification, she can conduct sessions in multiple languages.

Some of her academic credentials include a PG Diploma in Professional Development in Language Education with Distinctions in both Trainer and Materials Development. She also has a Cambridge Delta RQF 7 Master’s level, another Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership and Management, and a Mathematical Physics Degree, all achieved with exemplary grades from reputable organizations. Her research often focusses on inderdisciplinary education in STEM/language learning as well as teacher education.

Outside of work, Ceona enjoys tycoon games, table tennis, wildlife photography, and experimenting with international cuisines.
